The Generation T series of CAN bus interfaces now includes a 5G modem capable of full-time, low-power data exchange with all onboard devices. Telium is pleased to announce that Motorola Solutions has selected High Availability for Asterisk (HAast) to be part of their Tetra-to-PSTN radio gateway. With HAast, Motorola is able to offer emergency responders uninterrupted PSTN access from the scene of any emergency.
Telium’s High Availability for Asterisk (HAAst) software is now available with 256-bit AES encryption. Available as an option in the OEM edition, HAAst can now meet the needs of military, government, and high security installations.
Telium today announced the release of PBXsync, a software tool which makes it possible to manage from 2 to 1000 Asterisk servers as easily as managing 1 server. PBXsync was designed for operators of large Asterisk server farms, Internet Telephony Service Providers, and multi-site offices looking to cost effectively manage their collection of Asterisk PBX’s.

Telium is pleased to announce support for a broad range of LCD (and VFD) displays to monitor and control HAAst. The displays can show a range of information including HAAst status, synchronization activity, and overall health. Optional LED control (available on CrystalFontz displays) helps users understand PBX status at a glance with red/yellow/green lights. HAAst also supports local control using an available keypad on the display. Administrators can promote/demote a HAAst peer, shutdown/restart the PBX, etc. all using the front panel display and buttons. LCD control is integrated into the base HAAst product and is available for immediate download by existing customers.
